IMAPS SiPhotonics Packaging Summit

The IMAPS Silicon Photonics Packaging Summit is dedicated to advancing the state-of-the-art in silicon photonics and co-packaged optics. The event will bring together leaders from across the silicon photonics ecosystem, including IDM/fabless companies, foundries/OSATs, EDA, and equipment/material suppliers.
PHIX will have be present with a tabletop exhibit and our VP Sales Stefan Heinemann will give a presentation titled “Opportunities and challenges for co-packaged optics in datacenters”.
